Do I need a courier account?
No. Confirmed orders are booked with Bosta from inside the dashboard and the waybill prints from there — you do not sign anything with a courier to start.
Does it work with cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is the default, not an add-on. Every order gets a WhatsApp confirmation before it ships, which is the single biggest lever on returns.
Is the store in Arabic?
Yes — real right-to-left Arabic, not a translation layered over a foreign template. You can run the store in Arabic, English, or both.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a maleem.store address immediately, and you can connect a domain you already own whenever you are ready.
What does it cost?
Building and publishing is free. maleem takes a small cut of the orders it collects for you — nothing monthly, and nothing before you sell.
